The original title probably means something like "bondage for advanced riggers". Given that it was translated as "bondage for seniors" maybe it's not that bad that the publishing company didn't translate anything else.
Apart from this though, Masato Marai's second volume of his bondage handbook is a really nice book. Like most japanese bondage guides it features lots of color photographs and very little text so it's not a problem to learn the different ties even if you can't read or comprehend japanese. There's even a DVD included where in almost 2 hours the different ties are demonstrated and in addition you get to see some suggestions how to use a young lady who's tied in such a way. For learning the ties the DVD is great but the pornographic parts suffer a little bit from the typical japanese censoring of the genitals.

The techniques shown are advanced shibari indeed, something you don't see every day, even in Japan - most japanese bondage handbooks show only rather basic techniques. All together there are 10 different ties in the book of which I especially liked the ones using bamboo.

The only negative thing I can say about the book is that it's neither easy nor cheap to get. Including shipping it cost me about €60 on Ebay.

A small excerpt is available on the publishers website.
