A number of people have asked about photography at the Festival. As much as we hate rules, we have decided that it is better to ban unauthorised cameras and, yes, that includes camera phones. We want people to be able to enjoy themselves without wondering who is taking pictures and where they might end up. Obviously, it would be criminal not to record such an event, so we will have a very limited number of authorised photographers and videographers. Their activities will be tightly controlled and they will be instructed not to include people in shot who have not consented.
