You dont need model for beginners which is 3000 yen from 15h10 to 17h30.
As for intermediate, it is 5000 yen from 17h40 to 20h. You need a model from there since we start suspension from that point.
You also need to become member of the bar which costs 7000 yens.
you dont need to book, we go from the teaching of the koteshibari in beginners, then we make a test, and once pass, you can go to suspension class in intermediate. In intermediate we learn basic poses: M-ji, hikyaku, ebikuzushi, gyakuebi and yokozuri.
